During the 2019 Nevada Legislative Session, I am proud to have passed five bills into law that help victims of crime. All of my Bills are Bi-partisan legislation- AB142, AB120, AB410, AB261, and SB368 -Sexual assault, domestic violence, human trafficking, child abuse, child sexual abuse, Rape-kit backlog. All of these bills support victim’s rights. I am proud to have collaborated on this important legislation with my Democrat colleague, Senator Pat Spearman.
